All products sold on this store are digital codes related to items inspired by the Roblox platform.

Each code is unique and can only be used once. Once a code has been delivered to the customer, the order is considered completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstance:

A product was not delivered due to a confirmed technical error on our system.

If this occurs, our support team will review the order and either resend the product or issue a refund if necessary.

3. Refund Requests

Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.

Requests submitted after this time may not be eligible for review.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Accidental purchases
Purchasing the wrong item
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to read the product description before buying
Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer
